In certain instances, we are happy to invest speculatively in a joint venture. Any JV would be based on us conducting thorough feasibility, opportunity analysis and modelling. Our investment would be limited to our in-house capabilities with a specific focus on SEO/PPC. If the numbers check out, and there’s a viable business opportunity and we deem you to be the right person or team to take advantage of the opportunity then we’d be more than happy to invest our time and IP speculatively via a minority stake in the business or a percentage of the net profits.
